Alienskin Clothing terms and Conditions Please read before placing your order: Payment - PayPal is the preferred method of payment for items purchased through our website.
- If paying by e-cheque we will not be able to process your order until the funds have cleared.
- We can also accept cheques and postal orders made out in pounds sterling by post. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to Alienskin Clothing.
- When ordering by post, please be sure to clearly specify the quantity, size and colour of the items you require.

Delivery - Alienskin Clothing ships both to the UK and internationally.
- All UK items will be sent by recorded delivery. Magazines are sent first class direct from the publisher.
- Most items will be dispatched within 10 working days (monday-friday) - we offer a priority service for urgent orders at a cost of £5.00 GBP per item subject to availability. This is on top of any shipping costs. We do advise you to email us before ordering urgent items.
- The cost of postage and packaging is £4.00 GBP within the UK, £5.00 GBP within the EU and £7.00 for the rest of the world.
- For UK orders, Special Delivery is available as an option for high value orders at a cost of £7.00 GBP.
Cancellation of Custom orders If for any reason you need to cancel your order before it is dispatched, we reserve the right to charge a percentage of the order as a cancellation fee. If the garment has already been made for you you may be charged up to 50% of the price of the garment. If the garment has not yet been made you will not incur any charge. Returns
We ask that customers inform us by email within 7 days of receipt if they wish to return an item. If you return the product in its original condition including tags and packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. We do ask that you are careful when trying on our garments as we cannot accept returns of items which are covered in animal hairs, have make-up or deodorant marks on them or that have been washed. The returned item must be in a resellable condition in order for us to give you a full refund. Partial refunds or credit notes may be given in certain cases. Please note we cannot accept returns of any Technodolly Clubwear, Sugarpop, Gothica Magnifica, Veil of Visions or Cyberspirit items as they are custom made item. Some Alienskin and Cute and Evil items are also non-returnable. We advise you to check items descriptions carefully before placing your order. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 10 days of the date on which you received it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. Returns by International Customers

If you require a replacement item you will be required to pay a new postage charge on the replacement item. Faulty items Please note that we thoroughly check all items before dispatch, if however you do receive a faulty item from us you can return it for an exchange or a full refund. Customers outside the UK please ensure that the parcel is clearly marked "UK RETURN" to avoid any customs problems. If an item is found to be faulty after being cleaned we reserve the right to have it tested before deciding whether to refund. Parcels returned by post office If for any reason your order is sent back to our offices by Royal Mail, for example you gave us an incorrect address or failed to collect your parcel, you will have to pay for the return of your parcel. For International orders you will have to pay the exact delivery amount, please note this could be more than the standard overseas shipping fee. |
