Q) What methods of payment do you accept?

A) We accept cheques and postal orders in pounds sterling made out to Alienskin Clothing. When ordering by post, please be sure to clearly specify the quantity, size and colour of the items you require. Our address is: Alienskin Clothing, PO Box 553, York, YO26 0BQ

We also accept payment by paypal. Please note if you have paid by e-cheque we will not be able to process your order until the funds have cleared.

For our international customers we can also accept bank transfers.

Q) How much do you charge for postage?

A) We ship to the UK and Northern Ireland for £4.00 GBP, on European orders we charge £5.00 and for all other international orders we charge £7.00 GBP. Magazines have the postage included in the price.

Q) Do you ship internationally?

A) Yes, Alienskin Clothing can ship anywhere in the world.

Q) Do you do wholesale or drop-shipping?

A) At the moment we are not offering our clothing wholesale, but it is something we will be considering in the future.

Q) How long do orders take to be dispatched?

A) We aim to ship all orders within 10 working days (monday-friday). Some of our custom made items can take up to 20 working days. Delivery times are shown in the item description for each product.

Q) What size are your items?

A) As the size guides very between different designers, we provide full size guides for each item. We recommend you check these size guides carefully before ordering, there is a link next to the size select drop down list at the bottom of each product page.

Q) How will my items be shipped?

A) For UK orders, items will be shipped by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. International order are sent via Airmail. All magazines are sent first class and posted direct from the publisher.

Q) Do you accept exchanges?

If an item doesn't fit we can exchange it for a different size. If the item is no longer in stock we will refund you for your item. Certain items can not be refunded or exchanged as they are custom made to your specifications - please check item descriptions for more information.

Q) Do you accept returns?

If you return the product in its original condition including tags and packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

We do ask that you are careful when trying on our garments as we cannot accept returns of items which are covered in animal hairs, have make-up or deodorant marks on them or that have been washed. The returned item must be in a resellable condition in order for us to give you a full refund. Partial refunds or credit notes may be given in certain cases.

Please write a note with the reason for return and enclose it with your parcel. You must return your order in its original condition within 10 days of the date on which you received it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

Please note we cannot accept returns of any Technodolly Clubwear, Sugarpop, Gothica Magnifica, Veil of Visions or Cyberspirit items as they are custom made item. Some Alienskin and Cute and Evil items are also non-returnable. We advise you to check items descriptions carefully before placing your order.
